Wellness concerns we support

Wellness concerns
we support.

People may seek complementary wellness support for a range of health and lifestyle concerns. Meridian Health Scan does not diagnose, confirm, or rule out medical diseases. Symptoms and medical concerns should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.

For any symptom or medical concern, see a qualified healthcare professional first — and a specialist where indicated. Meridian Diagnostic offers a complementary wellness assessment that works alongside medical care, never instead of it. It does not diagnose, confirm or rule out any medical condition.

What the guidance covers

The lifestyle areas
a report speaks to.

Your wellness report sets out energy-pattern readings and body balance alongside practical, everyday guidance. These are the areas that guidance most often touches — all of them things you can act on yourself.

Energy and tiredness

  • Sleep routine
  • Meal timing
  • Rest and recovery

Guidance focuses on sleep, routine and recovery. Persistent or unexplained tiredness should be assessed by a doctor.

Sleep quality

  • Wind-down routine
  • Caffeine timing
  • Screen time

Practical suggestions for the hours before bed, and relaxation practices you can do at home.

Everyday stress

  • Breathing practice
  • Movement
  • Time in the day for rest

Complementary relaxation approaches, offered alongside — never instead of — professional support where that is needed.

Digestive comfort

  • Meal timing
  • Hydration
  • Fibre and diet balance

Dietary and routine guidance. Ongoing digestive symptoms should be investigated medically.

Aches and stiffness

  • Posture
  • Desk setup
  • Mobility work

Pressure-point guidance and movement suggestions. Severe or persistent pain needs a doctor’s assessment.

Focus and concentration

  • Sleep
  • Breaks and pacing
  • Hydration and meals

Everyday lifestyle factors only. This is not an assessment for ADHD or any other clinical condition.

Skin care routine

  • Hydration
  • Diet balance
  • Seasonal care

General self-care guidance. Skin conditions should be seen by a doctor or dermatologist.

Weight and lifestyle balance

  • Activity levels
  • Meal patterns
  • Sleep

Lifestyle guidance only. Individual experiences vary and results are not guaranteed.

Building a routine

  • A written baseline
  • Small, specific changes
  • Reviewing later

Much of the value people describe is simply having it written down, and something to compare against next time.

Who it is for

You do not need a complaint
to want a reading.

A wellness assessment may help you become more aware of lifestyle and wellness areas that deserve attention. It does not replace routine medical check-ups or clinically indicated tests.

  • You would like a written baseline before changing your routine.
  • You are serious about staying well, not only about getting well.
  • You work long hours and your energy is not what it was.
  • You are a student, and focus or stamina has slipped.
  • You want lifestyle guidance you can actually act on.
  • You would like something to compare against next time.
  • You are curious about complementary wellness approaches.
  • You already see your doctor, and want to add to that — not replace it.
Ages 10 to 80, subject to the stated safety and eligibility criteria. The assessment is not performed on people with certain implanted medical devices including pacemakers, on people with certain metallic implants where relevant, or on pregnant women. Contact us if you are unsure about eligibility.

Being honest about limits

What the assessment can
and cannot do.

Worth saying plainly, because the difference matters when you are deciding whether this is the right thing for you.

What it can do

  • Provide energy-pattern information associated with the system’s methodology.
  • Identify areas that may warrant attention, and support a broader wellness discussion.
  • Give you a written wellness report with practical lifestyle and dietary guidance.
  • Offer a baseline you can compare against at a later assessment.
  • Point you towards a qualified healthcare professional where that is appropriate.

What it cannot do

  • Diagnose, confirm or rule out any medical condition or disease.
  • Predict a disease before it develops, or determine the cause of a medical condition.
  • Replace laboratory testing, medical imaging, or any clinically indicated investigation.
  • Treat or cure any illness, or replace prescribed treatment or medical consultation.
  • Be performed on people with a pacemaker or other implanted device, on people with certain metallic implants, or on pregnant women.

Where appropriate, we refer clients to a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice and treatment — and your report is written so you can take it with you. Individual experiences vary and results are not guaranteed.
