Important. Meridian Scan is a complementary wellness assessment. It does not diagnose or rule out medical conditions and does not replace medical consultation, laboratory testing, medical imaging, or prescribed treatment.

What we do

A measurement of energy,
not a picture of disease.

People often look for a full body scan, a complete body analysis or a preventive health checkup. What we offer is the Meridian Scan — a holistic, non-invasive wellness assessment. Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine describe 72 energy tracks running through the body; twelve are fundamental, each tied to an organ, an emotion, a vertebra, a tooth, a chakra and part of the nervous, lymphatic and cardiovascular systems.

01

Flow, not damage

In these traditions, a person is described as well when energy moves through those tracks freely, and out of balance when it does not. The assessment records readings at the beginning and end points of each main track and expresses them as an energy pattern.

02

Excess or deficiency

Every track shows on screen as a swell or a dip, read within the framework of the organ, tissue and emotion that tradition associates with it.

03

A pattern, not a picture of disease

Fifteen energy-pattern spectra are read in turn, each one a separate question put within the system’s own methodology. The result is a wellness report describing areas that may warrant attention — not a clinical diagnosis, and not an image of the body.

The case for checking in regularly

We rarely stop
to ask how we
are actually doing.

Busy lives leave little room for paying attention to health until something forces it. A regular health assessment is simply a prompt to look — a structured moment to review energy, sleep, diet and stress, and to act on what you find. Many people treat it as their yearly preventive health checkup.

Wellness changes gradually, not all at once An illustration of the idea behind regular assessment: day-to-day wellbeing drifts slowly, and people usually notice only once it has drifted a long way. Assessing periodically gives you readings to compare rather than a single impression. WHERE REGULAR CHECK-INS HELP reviewing habits while change is gradual EARLIER LATER HOW YOU FEEL WHEN PEOPLE USUALLY NOTICE Everyday drift stress, sleep, diet, routine You start to notice tiredness, sleep, digestion You see a doctor where a medical concern exists
Illustrative only. This diagram explains why people choose to check in regularly; it is not a claim that the assessment predicts, detects or rules out any disease. Any symptom or medical concern should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.

Awareness comes first

Most people can name what they would change about their sleep, diet or stress, but rarely sit down and look at it as a whole. An assessment turns that into something written down, that you can act on and revisit.

Lifestyle is the part you control

Stress, a fast pace, poor sleep, irregular meals. These are the areas a wellness report speaks to, with practical guidance you can put into effect yourself.

Alongside your doctor, never instead

A wellness assessment sits beside routine medical check-ups and any test your doctor asks for. Where something needs medical attention, we say so and refer you on.

Everyday aches

Where you carry it,
and what may help.

Many people come in with a long-standing ache. The assessment reads the energy pattern associated with those areas and the report suggests complementary measures — pressure points, movement and lifestyle guidance. Persistent or severe pain should always be assessed by a doctor.

The appointment

What actually happens
when you come in.

The whole visit is quiet and undramatic. A band goes around your wrist, a probe touches the measuring points on your fingers and toes, and the system records the readings.

  1. 01

    Baseline measurement

Readings at the start and end points of the main organ tracks. Within the system’s methodology this first set is called the compensated state.

  2. 02

    Provocation & second reading

A small amount of energy is added and a second set of readings is taken. Comparing the two is what produces the energy pattern the report is built on.

  3. 03

    The fifteen spectra

Digitised signals are played through headphones and the meridian responses are recorded, producing readings across the system’s fifteen energy-pattern spectra.

  4. 04

    Your wellness report

Within one to three days: a written wellness report, pressure-point guidance, exercises, dietary and lifestyle suggestions, and a referral to a qualified healthcare professional where one is appropriate.

The Meridian Scan in detail

The 15 energy-pattern spectra

Fifteen readings,
one energy pattern.

The system reads fifteen groups of signals in turn, each named for a theme within its own methodology. They produce energy-pattern information, not laboratory results: the assessment does not test for, detect or confirm any organism, substance, deficiency or disease.

01–04

Microbiological themes

Named groups within the system’s methodology

  • 01

    Fungal

Energy-pattern readings in the system’s fungal group

  • 02

    Viral

Readings in its viral signal group

  • 03

    Bacterial

Readings in its bacterial signal group

  • 04

    Parasitic

Readings in its parasitic signal group

05–06

Environment

Themes relating to surroundings

  • 05

    Environmental load

Readings in the system’s toxic-load group

  • 06

Traditional concepts, read as patterns

  • 09

    Psyche & emotions

Emotions traditionally paired with each organ track

  • 10

    Nuclei

  • 11

    An inherited-tendency concept from homeopathy

12–15

Internal systems

Traditional models of regulation and supply

  • 12

    Chakras

The chakra centres of the Ayurvedic tradition

  • 13

    Hormonal

Readings in the system’s endocrine group

  • 14

    Vitamins & minerals

    Readings in its nutrition group

  • 15

    Cell matrix

    Readings in its cell-matrix group

These are the names the measuring system gives to its own signal groups. They describe energy-pattern readings only, and are not tests for bacteria, viruses, parasites, hormones, vitamins, minerals or heavy metals. Laboratory testing is the appropriate way to investigate any of those.

Wellness concerns

Wellness concerns we support.

People seek complementary wellness support for a range of health and lifestyle concerns. Meridian Health Scan does not diagnose, confirm or rule out medical diseases — symptoms and medical concerns should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Low energy & tiredness
  • Sleep quality
  • Everyday stress
  • Digestive comfort
  • Appetite & eating habits
  • General aches & stiffness
  • Posture & sedentary work
  • Focus & concentration
  • Mood & relaxation
  • Skin care & routine
  • Weight & lifestyle balance
  • Hydration & diet
  • Seasonal wellbeing
  • Exercise & recovery
  • Work–life balance
  • Preventive health awareness

The energy pattern is different for every person, which is why the report and its lifestyle guidance are written individually rather than drawn from a template.

Meridian Scan does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and does not replace medical consultation, laboratory testing, medical imaging or prescribed treatment. For any symptom or medical concern, see a qualified healthcare professional first. Individual experiences vary and results are not guaranteed.

Complementary wellness approaches

The reading is
only half of it.

Alongside the report we offer complementary wellness services, chosen with your age, routine and preferences in mind. These are complementary approaches and should not replace medical diagnosis or prescribed treatment.

  1. 01

    Therapy frequencies

The system’s 105 therapy frequency spectra draw on homeopathy, orthomolecular medicine, Ayurveda, phytotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. They are complementary approaches, not prescribed medicines.

  2. 02

    Chakra balancing

In the Ayurvedic tradition, seven energy centres sit at the core of the body. The reading is interpreted within that framework, and balancing is offered as a complementary relaxation practice.

  3. 03

    Acupressure

Guided pressure on specific points of the body, hands and feet — a traditional complementary practice, with points you can continue at home.

  4. 04

    Yoga therapy

Specific yogasana suggested against your reading, taught and guided so you can practise them safely at home.

  5. 05

    Ayurvedic guidance

Diet, routine and herbs matched to your constitution — the balance of vata, pitta and kapha you were born with.

  6. 06

    Axiatonal alignment

A gentle, fully clothed session offered as a complementary relaxation and energy-balancing practice. Individual experiences vary.
